June at eRedaktør: a brand new platform, built to sell, share and grow

A fresh start

At the end of May we moved eRedaktør to a completely new platform, and brought content and images safely over from the old one. June was about turning that new foundation into a complete toolbox: one place to publish, sell, share and run your organization.

A full-featured online shop

Selling online should not need a separate system. In June the shop grew into a real store:

• Products with variants, prices and SKUs, so a T-shirt can come in every size and color.
• A price editor with bulk editing, special prices that stand out and price labels on the product image.
• Product category pages with their own design, plus filters and sorting that help customers find the right thing fast.
• Customer reviews, coupons in the basket, tax rates and freight products.
• A smoother checkout with Vipps as the default payment, and a basket count that updates live in the site header.
• Manufacturers with their own dashboard to follow their products.

And to keep it all in view, a dedicated shop dashboard puts orders and revenue front and center.

Everything that needs you, in one inbox

The new inbox collects orders, form responses, comments and reviews in one place, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Memberships and a ready-made intranet

Members got their own My page, and you got a membership dashboard, payment registration and membership types. Pages can be open to everyone or limited to members, which makes eRedaktør a great intranet for your staff or volunteers, with no extra system to learn.

A dashboard that feels like yours

The dashboard is the first thing you see every day, so we made it personal. Customize it with your own gradient backgrounds, find anything with the search bar and pick up right where you left off.

The day we connected AI

On June 8 we connected Claude to eRedaktør for the first time, with a secure sign-in. It was a small step that day, but it was the start of everything you can do with AI on your site today.
